Meet Our Staff
Dedicated and Certified
The staff at Prince of Peace Preschool are dedicated to providing a warm, caring, and accepting environment for our children and families. Our teachers hold degrees in education and special education, and complete continuing education hours in current topics and trends in early childhood education.
All staff members are trained in Infant and Child CPR, First Aid, and Administration of Medication.

Assistant Director/Science Teacher
Heidi Riddle began working at Prince of Peace Preschool in 2007. She started her time at the preschool as a three's teacher, utilizing her education degree. The following year she began the school’s science program and taught science lessons to all PoP students for the next 11 years. Heidi moved into office administration in 2015. After four years as Assistant Director, Heidi stepped into the role of Director in 2020. Heidi has earned her Connecticut Director’s credential.
Kate Culbreth has been with the preschool since 2018. Prior to Prince of Peace Preschool, she worked as a teacher in the public schools. She has worked as a floater, a three’s teacher, and is currently the science teacher. Kate moved to the role of Assistant Director in the summer of 2022. Kate has completed administrative coursework in the field of early childhood.
